What makes you different?

The Silent Disco is a one-of-a-kind experience. Everyone wearing their own set of headphones allows them the freedom to belt out songs as loudly as possible without worrying about the embarrassment of getting the words wrong or singing WAY off key. Having 3 different channels of music puts you in control. If you don’t like what’s on one channel, you can switch right over to another!

How big is the deposit?

The deposit for all event bookings is 50% of the total and is required for confirmation.

How far in advance should I book a silent disco?

You can contact us for availability at any time! To ensure the best chance of booking us on the exact date that you want, we recommend booking us 2-3 months in advance for events that require up to 200 headphones and 5-6 months for those that require 200-400 headphones.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes. Anything outside of Wilmington will have travel time calculated into the cost of the event.

Can I use my personal device to play music through the headphones?

Yes! You can use your computer, iPad, iPhone (with a dongle), or anything that fits a standard 3.5mm aux cable. We also have iPads with Spotify Premium available for rent for people who need an extra device 

Do you take song requests?

Absolutely! If it’s an event for which we staff DJs, we are always willing to take requests. Having 3 channels playing at once allows a lot of leeway in our song selection. If you rent our equipment for a private event, we offer devices with preloaded playlists as well.

What happens if we lose or damage headphones?

If you book Silent Disco Wilmington for an event, please help us keep track and take care of our headphones. Any lost or damaged headphones will incur a replacement fee.
